I made a couple of batches of plum jam. Plums picked from the tree in my garden. The rain has meant the crop this year was not as good as previous years but luckily there was enough for me to make some jam. It tastes delicious!
This is a light, creamy cheesecake with crushed digestive biscuit base. You can also use ginger biscuits as a change. I decorated the top with edible flowers. Borage. So pretty 😍
