Christmas Puddings 2023

Orders now being taken for Rawbaking Xmas puds. Slow cooked for 5 hours. Each pudding is packed with fruit and brandy. Between now and xmas they will have plenty of time to mature and let the brandy settle in! The smell in the kitchen is divine. £12 per pudding. To order please contact me on rawbaking@gmail.com

Happy Halloween 🎃 Monster Cookies

I made monster cookie's 👻 for Halloween this year. Soft chocolate chip cookies filled with blood coloured icing sugar and marshmallow teeth!! Great fun to make.

Classic Victoria Sponge

A classic Victoria Sponge cake, filled with strawberry jam and loads of rich, creamy butter cream. Delicious!

Afternoon Cream Tea

A lovely sunny Saturday in October, what better than an afternoon tea in the garden! A wonderful selection was on offer to our guests. A scrumptious Lemon Meringue Pie made by Claire; Luscious Lemon Drizzle cake made by the Rawbaker; Smooth Red Velvet cake by the Rawbaker; Classic Victoria Sponge made by Eden and of course, fresh scones with jam and clotted cream made by Karen. A pure delight!
